Maria Teresa Agostini founded Agostini & Associates Recruiting after years of professional experience gained in leading multinationals companies specialized in the recruiting of middle to top-tier and executive managers. Over the years she has achieved a story of success, building and managing teams of over eight collaborators and winning corporate awards nationwide.
Graduated in Economics with First Class Honours and a Programme Medal in Edinburgh, Scotland, she is a professional with a strong international background. She lived abroad for ten years, first studying and then working in Japan (Osaka), Canada (Ontario), United Kingdom (Edinburgh and London), France (Chambèry), Switzerland (Lausanne) and China (Chongqing). She settled in Milan in 2015 after completing a master’s degree at Sole 24ORE Business School, maintaining a strong connection across Europe and establishing professional relationships with managers of Italian and foreign companies. She speaks fluent Italian, English and French.
Before entering the recruiting sector, she worked for important auditing and strategic advisory firms and held managerial roles for international hotel groups and institutions in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, managing multicultural teams in China, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Active in voluntary initiatives, she holds the role of President of ADSI Giovani Toscana, a cultural association that enhances and protects the Italian historical heritage. She has also been a speaker and coordinator of training workshops for the members of the association, and speaks every year at the World Travel Monitor Forum organized by ITB Berlin, PATA and ETC (European Travel Commission).
Her background makes her a strong and competent headhunter especially in Accounting & Finance, Tax and Legal, Strategic Advisory, Banking & Insurance, Human Resources and Ho.Re.Ca. fields.
