OUR SELECTION PROCESS
We conduct research and selection customized and tailor-made for you.
Client and candidate profile analysis:
To begin, we set up a meeting with our client to discuss together the characteristics of the professional profile being sought (technical and personal qualities, salary benchmark) and to understand the type of corporate structure and culture in which the candidate will fit. A collaboration contract is then made.
Research of qualified candidates:
We start looking for the ideal candidate. During the search, we focus on direct headhunting via LinkedIn and similar platforms and through contacting our professional network built up through years of experience. We also use job postings on our website and partner sites. Once we find qualified CVs for the role, we contact candidates for an initial telephone interview to evaluate their profile, expectations and availability.
Selection of qualified candidates:
We then meet in person the candidates who have passed the telephone screening for an in-depth interview and assessment. We analyze technical, professional and personal skills, the motivation for the new position, and other key qualifying skills. Language skills are also assessed through a language test.
Presentation of candidates to the client:
After an analysis of the candidates interviewed by us, we send the shortlist of the best profiles along with our descriptive report. We also attach an Excel report with the anonymous list of all the candidates we considered and the related analysis of the reference market. We then support the organization of the interviews for the client.
Feedback and reference check:
We align ourselves with our clients by collecting structured feedback on the candidates that the client has interviewed. We then integrate the shortlist of applications or we call for a reference check for the chosen candidate. .
Placement and follow up:
Finally, we support our client advising on the compensation package and contractual negotiation with the chosen candidate until the signing of the letter of employment. We suggest how to best manage and motivate the hired person, monitoring the candidate until the successful integration into the company and in the new role.
